Day 1
Departure from Mumbai - Haridwar

Warm Greetings to your Chardham Yatra tour, you will be meet by representative at the Mumbai railway station. Depart from Mumbai by Train for Haridwar

Day 2
Haridwar

Arrive at Haridwar in the morning. Proceed to hotel, check in & fresh up, evening free time to explore on your own.

Day 3
Haridwar- Rishikesh - Haridwar (28 kms / 01 Hr. approx. one way)

After breakfast, proceed for sight-seeing tour of Rishikesh covering temples – Laxman Jhulla, Ram Jhulla, Triveni Ghat, Bharat Mandir, Shivananda Ashram, Parmarth Ashram. After lunch we will visit for darshan of, Hari Ki pauri to enjoy the divine Ganga aarti on the banks of Ganges. Overnight stay at Haridwar.

Day 4
Haridwar - Barkot (196 kms / 08 Hrs. approx)

Early morning checkout 06.30 am, breakfast and leave for Barkot, Enroute visit the famous Kempty waterfalls at Mussoorie (from Bus), Arrive Barkot, check into hotel & fresh up. Overnight stay at Hotel.

Day 5
Barkot - Yumnotri - Barkot (52 kms / 01 Hrs. approx one way)

Early morning 04.30 am leave for Jhankichatti, from here 6 km. trek for Yamunotri. Yatri can take option for Doli / Horse (at your own cost) or by walk. Overnight stay at Hotel

Day 6
Barkot - Uttarkashi (100 kms / 04 Hrs. approx)

After Breakfast leave for Uttarkashi enroute we will have our lunch and reach Uttarkashi by 4.00 pm Check into Hotel. In the evening we will visit Kashi Vishwanath Temple, it is Situated at the bank of river Bhagirathi. The temple of Lord Vishwanath is located here where a massive iron trident is erected. Overnight stay at hotel.

Day 7
Uttarkashi - Gangotri - Uttarkashi (100 kms / 04 Hrs. approx one way)

Early Morning 04:00 A.M. Proceed to Gangotri. Today Enroute we stop at Gangnani take a holy dip in Garam Kund. Breakfast will be served here. Further drive to Gangotri via picturesque Harsil village and the most magnificent view of the Himalayas. On arrival at Shree Gangotri, take a holy dip in the sacred river Ganges which is also called Bhagirathi at its origin. Perform Pooja and Darshan, after that relax for some time in the lovely surroundings. In the afternoon return back to Uttarkashi. Overnight stay at hotel. (Please carry extra pair of Clothes for Holy Dip)

Day 8
Uttarkashi - Sitapur (Kedar) (270 kms / 10 Hrs. approx)

After breakfast proceed to Kedarnath (270 Kms, approx 10-11 hrs.) Enroute visit union of Alaknanda and Mandakini rivers. (From the Bus). Overnight stay at hotel.

Day 9
Sitapur - Kedarnath

After breakfast leave for Gaurikund by local share a taxi. Reach Gaurikund & start trek or Horse Riding or Doli (at your own cost) one way for Kedarnath 16 kms. (11750 ft.) Perform Pooja & Darshan at Kedarnathji Temple one of the 12 Jyotirlings. Night halt at Kedarnath. (In case Guest Books Helicopter, hotel to Helipad taxi is at own Cost and if the Helicopter does not fly due to weather Conditions, accommodation and Food cost for stay in Sitapur, will have to be paid by Guest directly. In Kedarnath Simple food will be provided & also 01 Bucket Hot Water will be provided for Bath.

Day 10
Kedarnath - Sitapur

After Breakfast proceed to start Trek/Horse/Dolly for Sitapur. Overnight stay at hotel

Day 11
Sitapur - Badrinath (253 kms / 13 Hrs. approx)

Morning after breakfast proceed to Badrinath via Joshimath & Pandukeshwar, (Narsimha Temple, Sankaracharaya Math) Badrinath. Evening Darshan & Pooja at Badrinath temple. Overnight stay at Badrinath/Pandukeshwar.

Day 12
Badrinath / Pandukeshwar - Joshimath - Rudraprayag

Early morning, pilgrims after having a bath in the Taptkund have the Darshan of Badrivishal. Brahamakapal is significant for Pinddan Shraddh of ancestors (Pitrus). There is other interesting sightseeing spot like Mana, Vyas Gufa, Maatamoorti, Charanpaduka, Bhimkund and the Mukh of the Saraswati River. Proceed to Rudraprayag Overnight stay at hotel.

Day 13
Rudraprayag- Devprayag - Rishikesh - Haridwar

After breakfast drive to Haridwar En-route visit Devprayag, Rishikesh (Ram Jhula & Laxman Jhula, Gita Mandir). After sightseeing proceed to Haridwar. Attend evening Aarti at Har-Ki-Pouri at Haridwar. Overnight stay at hotel.

Day 14
Haridwar

Today is a day for leisure. You can rest or visit places of your interest in the area. Overnight stay at hotel.

Day 15
Haridwar Railway Station

After breakfast proceed for Haridwar station. Guest travelling by flight has to proceed to airport on their own. (Flights to be booked after 19:00 due to Delhi traffic) Yatra ends with memorable experience

Day 16
Arrive Mumbai

End of the tour with Sweet Memories.

Terms & Condition of Tour: Unavoidable Circumstances:

  • If due to any reasons beyond our control like riots, flood, political unrest, bandhs, accidents or any other natural or manmade calamities, the program of the tour has to be changed or extended, the additional expenditure for the same will have to be borne by the passengers. If any passengers have to leave the tour mid-way, due to any reasons like death of relative / illness / any other reasons, there shall be no refund for the remaining portion of the tour.
  • And the expenses for returning back to Mumbai also shall be borne by the passengers. Passengers are advised against carrying expensive jeweler, cameras etc. in the tour and if they bring them in the tour, it shall be at their own risk, we shall in no way be responsible for the theft or damage. If due to reasons beyond our control, we have to cancel some sightseeing places, there shall be no refund for the same. Any dispute will be subject to Mumbai Jurisdiction Things not included in the Tour Cost: Personal expenses like service tax, tips, cold drinks, horse riding, boating, laundry, cable car rides, room heater, taxi fare, mineral water, personal things, insurance, additional expenses after accidents. We take it for granted that all passengers who join the tour have read this terms and conditions and agree to the same.

 

Cancellations

  • Before 30 days of tour departure Rs. 10,000/- per person
  • Between 15 to 30 days 25% of the tour cost.
  • Between 10 to 15 days 50% of the tour cost.
  • Between 05 to 10 days 75% of the tour cost.
  • Within 05 days 100% of the tour cost.

 

Booking

  • You can confirm your booking in our tour by paying a deposit of Rs.10000/- per person (if any higher class in train or air is required the difference should be paid in advance)
  • The balance payment will be paid 15 days prior to the departure of the tour. Balance payment by Cheque will be accepted 15 days prior to the departure of the tour. If anybody fails to pay the balance amount before 15 days, he shall be deemed as cancelled and the deposit shall not be refunded. If we cancel the tour, then we shall refund the amount. But if we are forced to cancel the tour due to the natural calamities like flood, riots, bandhs, strikes etc. then we shall refund the tour cost after deducting as our service charge for making the necessary arrangements for your tour.
  • 10% as our service charge for making the necessary arrangements for your tour.
  • If the passenger wants to cancel the tour, he shall have to make a written application to our office and we shall refund the tour cost after deducting cancellation charges as per above policy.
